Former spouse levies multiple allegations against Christina Block during the court proceedings

In a sensational trial taking place in Hamburg, Germany, Christina Block, a businesswoman, stands accused of abducting her two children from their father, Stephan Hensel, in Southern Denmark on New Year's Eve 2024/25.

The incident unfolded after Hensel had not returned the children to their mother following a weekend visit in August 2021. According to Hensel, the children did not express a desire to return, and he would have complied if they had.

The children, however, were allegedly taken by employees of an Israeli security company and brought to their mother in Germany. This action was in defiance of court rulings that granted Block the right to determine the children's residence and required the father to return them.

The trial has seen Hensel testify about unwanted visits and violence he endured from Block. He spoke of a ten-year-old son who wore an alarm button around his neck, enabling him to alert the Danish police in case of emergencies.

In a bizarre twist, Block repeatedly denied the allegations of violence, stating that the father was manipulating the children.

The father's ordeal began earlier when unknown individuals observed his house by various security firms before the abduction. A neighbour even called to warn them about the suspicious activities. Drone surveillance was also reported over the house on several occasions.

In November 2022, unknown individuals appeared at the house when Hensel's Danish wife was about to take the children to school. During this incident, the police arrested several suspects and secured two dagger-like knives.

The trial has also seen the presentation of evidence suggesting that the children were traumatised due to the domestic violence they experienced with Block. Photos of injuries that the father allegedly suffered during the attack were shown in court. The father stated that he only felt some of the pain later due to being full of adrenaline.

False pedophilia allegations were made against Stephan Hensel, as he stated in court. However, these allegations were later found to be unsubstantiated.

In a strange turn of events, in early October 2023, Hensel found a duffel bag on the garage of his house containing a hard drive with numerous files containing child pornography. However, the Danish police did not find Hensel in the files.

The search results do not contain information on which authority issued a warning to Stephan Hensel in spring 2024 due to Danish intelligence indicating his life was in danger.

Despite the ongoing trial, the children have since returned to their father in Denmark due to a decision by the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court. The trial continues, with the outcome expected to shed more light on this complex and emotional case.
